PTG provides strength training, also called weight training or resistance training, which is an important part of any fitness routine. It helps make you stronger and also builds muscle endurance.   The frequency for this product is 2-3 days per week

PTG facilitates strength training as a versatile type of workout that you can do almost anywhere. While it’s a popular exercise option at many gyms, you can also build a robust strength training program that you can do in the comfort and privacy of your home.

What are the benefits of strength training?

Research has shown that strength training can benefit your health and fitness in many different ways. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training may help:

A single personal strength session $70-$80

A one hour training session based on your goals. I will meet you at your location and we will go through a proper warm up, stretch, and strength training session. Pricing is an estimate based upon location.

Introductory Package (3 one hour long sessions) $210-$240

This initial strength training package includes a consultation, which will focus on developing a program based upon your goals. After the consultation, I will design a program and implement it over the next three training sessions. Pricing is an estimate based upon location.

5 Session Package (Sessions will last 1 hour) $350-$400

This package is the same as the initial strength training package and will include a consultation and five workouts to get you started. Pricing is an estimate based upon location.

10 Session Package (Sessions will last 1 hour) $700-$800

This package includes a consultation and ten workouts based upon your goals. Pricing is an estimate based upon location.

Each clients first training session will include a consultation. This consultation allows us to determine your strengths and weaknesses, your training goals, and can include a few fitness tests to help track your progress. You can test any or all of the following: strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, movement screening, body fat, circumference sites, speed, and agility.
